Gypsy Life 03:59
I'm waiting around with nothing to do, but life to pass me by And I can't seem to waste anymore time Sitting around letting the spliff smoke go to my head I should get up, but I'm still laying in my bed I've got a few clothes and a couple PBRs Every morning is new, when you're waking in your car I've got dirt in my hair, and there's sand on the floor I couldn't tell you where I was before Don't know where I'm going, or where I've been All I know is that it's been down the path of sin I can't tell you where I'm currently at All I know is that this fuckin' train is coming off the tracks The country was where, I was born and raised The city is what will bring me, down to my grave Sounds of frogs and crickets, I will always praise But the endless sirens and traffic, could never save The car has broke down, all the people are gone And I'm stuck here cold, writing this fuckin' song Not too much to see, nowhere to belong Through all the silence, my mind presses on Don't know where I'm going, or where I've been All I know is that it's been down the path of sin I can't tell you where I'm currently at All I know is that this fuckin' train is coming off the tracks Don't know where I'm going, or where I've been All I know is that it's been down the path of sin I can't tell you where I'm currently at All I know is that this fuckin' train is coming off the tracks Don't know where I'm going, or where I've been All I know is that it's been down the path of sin I can't tell you where I'm currently at All I know this train is off the tracks

Mormon Land 03:42
Growing up by the creek, where all the kids would play I was in the backwoods, smoking life away Until one day I heard the neighbor kid say That there's this amazing place called Californ-i-a Got my bags, hitched a train, I was only seventeen Young, naïve, excited didn't know what dangerous means Until one day I felt something tugging on my jeans It was "Date Rape" Doug but I jumped and got away clean Awoke next morning not knowing where I was at So I caught the next train coming down the tracks An empty box car, a good place to relax So I grabbed my knife, and rolled a smoke, ready for another attack I would write and sing songs about what I had saw After a while I began to doze off Awoke next morning to a terrible shock The train had stopped and I was in Salt Lake City Utah Welcome my man to the Mormon land The beer here sucks but the mountains are grand The smog is great for your kids to play You can have eight spouses unless you're gay Come out here, spend your vacation And you can get arrested and go home on probation Come on folks can't you give me a hand Caught the wrong train and now I'm in Mormon land I'm in Mormon land Everyone seems happy but really they're all sad Covered by a prescription mask, driving all them mad But the weather here is great and the rent ain't half bad So I got myself a full-time job and a shitty bachelor pad This wasn't what I wanted, my plan had come undone I longed for California the land of the sun Where even the booze and the weed out here comes from This wasn't supposed to be my final outcome so I'm in an apartment, staring at the wall Thinking about blond beach babes standing five feet tall Instead I'm in the city, feeling two feet small Guess I should've just listened to my mom and got a job at the fucking mall Welcome my man to the Mormon land The beer here sucks but the mountains are grand The smog is great for your kids to play You can have eight spouses unless you're gay Come out here, spend your vacation And you can get arrested and go home on probation Come on folks can't you give me a hand I caught the wrong train and now I'm in Mormon land I'm in Mormon land I'm in Mormon land I'm in Mormon land

Dope Fiend 04:38
I don't know why I try to get so high, its so delightful This cannaddiction ain't a curse, its a fucking blessing I don't care the strain, I'll even freebase resin I don't care the strain or the potency Just give me a hit of weed, my name is the Dope Fiend Dope Fiend smokes for days and Dope Fiend smokes for weeks He's circumcised to Devil's eyes, the munchies make him eat Dope Fiend clouds up the skies, until the day that Dope Fiend dies He dies Oh yeah

Naches Ave 04:38
A big green island downtown, so simple and plain All you see are sick faces, with themselves to blame The people laugh and they point, as they drive by But you can't see the pain that hides behind their eyes They say it's alright that they can get what they need Being a tweaker on Naches Ave just couldn't be beat Naches Avenue, a street back home Not so nice and it's not so clean but it's where I used to roam The wealthy they won't speak of it, and the poor can't escape It's one of the worst fucking roads in this beautiful Evergreen state Go out there at night, stay until it's dark That's when the real fun begins to start They light up the sky, like the 4th of July Only problem is that it happens every night Nortes like their Colt .45s and Serenos prefer .38s But down on Naches Ave both could seal your fate Naches Avenue, a street back home Not so nice and it's not so clean but it's where I used to roam The wealthy they won't speak of it, and the poor can't escape It's one of the worst fucking roads in this beautiful Evergreen state

Open Road 04:04
Knew a boy from a small orchard town Wasn't much to do, not a culture around But he had plenty of time to ponder, time to stake Of when, and how, and where he was going to escape This town still had that magnificent feel His only problem was, it just didn't seem real Good friends and fun times, were there to be had But being in that valley, was driving him mad, so When he came of age, he took his car and drove Down that open road Open road, hey, drive boy drive Don't turn back now, there's so much in sight So much for you, let yourself thrive On that open road, hey drive boy drive Drive boy drive Grab the wheel, light up your smoke Take a drink, and a quick toke To you, directions need not be shown The only law on the road is your own Passing through La Grande, your truck breaks down You try to find help, but there's no one around So you go to the bar, looking to drink You meet a cute blonde dancing, and she gives you a wink Short little cowgirl, in that cute pink dress The way she looked at you made you want to invest, so They danced, and drank the night away And later on she took him back to her place They fucked a few, she passed out, he knew what he needs, so He got dressed and grabbed her keys Open road, hey, drive boy drive Don't turn back now, there's so much in sight So much for you, let yourself thrive On that open road, hey drive boy drive Drive boy drive Drive boy drive Open road, hey, drive boy drive Don't turn back now, there's so much in sight So much for you, let yourself thrive On that open road, drive boy drive Drive boy drive Drive boy drive

I know a man with a hairy chest, he loves PBR and cigarettes Oh hey, his name is Joe Brady His name is Joe and I'll tell his story today I got in Govy one late afternoon And I needed some alcohol that I could swoon And that's when I met Joe Brady He gave me a forty and told me to drink away That night was loose, that night was good I wouldn't want to remember it even I could All thanks, thanks to Joe Brady If it weren't for him, I wouldn't be here today Got in his van down the hill and I didn't realize I was in for a thrill All of a sudden Joe Brady yelled "No brakes" The brakes gave out and we began to pray Death trap van on hellish wheels And that's when Joe Brady struck a deal with the Devil signing his life away Satan now he will forever repay Don't leave Joe, we want you here I've got some dope and a couple of beers And together, we can get crazy Just remember folks, his name is Joe Brady

If you see me walking down the street Just let me pass you by Cause you don't want to know what's cooking In this hellish mind of mine Keep on walking, don't ask me a thing Cause in my mind the angels just don't sing Only demons playing their songs And you know that I want to play along Devil has his fiddle and pan has his flute They play a sweet, evil, tune till all good is mute My ears are a tomb, forever engraved Now tell me, can you be saved? I don't know why I sing the blues Maybe it's because I've got nothing to lose My only answer, that's my only clue As to how I feel when I'm without you Now girl tell me, can you behave And can you be saved? Come on devil, I'll play your game Not for money or for fame Our souls are our stakes for each to claim Now devil, tell me, do you want to play? Roll your dice and draw your sword Now devil I don't fear you anymore I said roll your dice and draw your sword Now devil do you think you'll send yourself Down to your everlasting grave And can you be saved?
